Technician (Rick) was on time and quickly identified the bad part. He drove back to Denton to obtain the part and returned ASAP. He replaced the bad part under warranty. We couldn't be happier!

My experience with Cogburn's Heating and Air started with a phone call requesting a quote to replace my HVAC home system. I called them first because they were a local company and I have often seen their vans around town.I was pleasantly surprised by the fast response. The owner himself showed up for a thorough conversation about my problems and possible solutions. His knowledge was clear and he found the time to answer my questions and explain them to my satisfaction during the one hour he stayed in my house.
