Our furnace stopped working, of course the day that we hit sub 0 windchills. I called Coates and they were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician was Adam, and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes. He didn't have the part that our furnace needed to be fixed on his truck, it had to be ordered (no fault of his own) but he was extremely apologetic. The next day the shop kept me very informed of when the part would arrive, and gave me a text update that Adam would be out between 5pm-7pm. He was at our home at 5pm exactly, and fixed our furnace in under 20 minutes. We are very thankful to have heat, and would recommend...read full review
5pm Friday on a Holiday Weekend ….Cote’s Mechanical saves the day!! My furnace was blowing cold air….Craig, the technician on duty, arrived in 90minutes. He diagnosed the problem made the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very reasonable price. I appreciate the professionalism and product knowledge Craig has. My experience with Cote’s Mechanical exceeded my expectations..
Andy and his team came out for the second time to install new HVAC equipment for us and each installation was fantastic. Great attention to detail, patience and everyone was friendly and happy to answer all questions!
