“AC stopped working, tried to take a look myself and once I seen it. I noped real quick and started looking, comfort ice box was the closest and it said open 24 hrs. I called and the lady was super nice, it was a quick setup to have someone come out. And Beto (hope I'm spelling this right) was out in like 20 minutes. Super friendly and professional, got straight to work and figuring out how to fix it. Before fixing he made sure to explain the service fee and cost to fix along with making sure I was ok with it. Explained the membership and what that entails (which I signed up for) he fixed it and cleaned it, I don't have after photos but I have before, it was money well spent in my books and I'm looking forward to the summer and fall maintenance.”
