I called them and told them I had replaced the thermal whatever in my water heater a couple of years ago and the pilot went out that morning and I couldn't get down there to relight it. I said I knew it was something simple because I'd watched YouTube videos on it and I knew I didn't need a new water heater. I made an appointment but I cancelled it because I didn't wanna pay $75 just for them showing up. Just before the time for the cancelled appointment I got a call from the service technician.
