“My family and I have been using this cleaners location for several years through the different corporate ownership. We have always had really good service and our clothes was always ready when promised and often times with new buttons as I am hell on them. We recently relocated out of state and in the rush to get everything done for the move, I completely forgot about the clothes I had brought to the cleaners. Once we arrived in Colorado, I realized my error as the clothes at the cleaners was winter clothes that would surely be useful now! I called the location on Grant Road expecting to be told, sorry your error. Much to my surprise, Arely (sp) the manager listened to my dilemma and when I asked if Tide could ship the clothes to me in Colorado he never hesitated and said he would take care of everything. Well the clothes arrived in Colorado and thanks to Arely for taking personal time to package and send the clothes to me as the return address was his personal residence. This is a stellar example of customer first, customer service that seems to be lost in today's business climate. Again, a huge thank you to Arely for going above and beyond what a normal cleaners would do to satisfy a customer.“

“Decently priced dry cleaners with alterations available. One pants dry clean was $3, hemming up the pants was $10. The staff is okay in customer service but they tend to have a dry personality which takes away from the customer service vibe. Plenty of parking is available on the side and rear of the building.“
