I really appreciated the attention to detail on the items i left in their care. One thing that stood at to me as well was their transparency and care for my clothes! one of my white dresses had some black tire stain on it, they kindly left a note on the dress ( which they did bring to a better place) and let me know it would require specialty care. I respect this practice as helps me keep my clothes in the best shape. I will be going back regularly!!

“Came on on a Saturday first thing needing an alteration before end of day-- it was no problem at all. Pants needed hemming and a belt loop needed repairing, no big deal but done fast and done well. Easy in, easy out. Extremely sweet lady, too.

“Well, it's been a year since my wedding, and I'm just now getting around to writing this review. I couldn't just not leave a review as I want everyone to know how amazing Nancy is!
Nancy tailored my wedding dress, and she did a wonderful job. A few days before the wedding, I had my dress dry cleaned and got it back the day before. When I looked it over, I noticed missing buttons, loose threads, and a few other issues. I was upset because everything had been fine before it went to the dry cleaners.
I called Nancy at the last minute to see if there was anything she could do. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it in. She fixed everything the dry cleaners had damaged in about 30 minutes and didn't charge me a thing.
She was so understanding and reassuring during a stressful time. With everything else going on before the wedding, I was incredibly grateful for her help. The dress looked perfect, and I didn't have to worry about it on my wedding day.
Nancy does amazing work and truly cares about her customers. If I lived closer, I would have all of my clothes altered by her. I highly recommend her!“
