Recently brought in a scarf that got dirty from being accidentally dragged on a floor. Thankfully the spots weren’t too dark. But I was also concerned that dry cleaning would damage the delicate fabric. Twin Oaks got out the dirty spots and the scarf is looking beautiful again. The lady who was working that day was so lovely. Professional, polite and funny. Thanks!
I had an excellent experience with the Richmond location. My garments were returned beautifully clean and pressed and ready precisely when promised. I especially appreciated the care taken with a delicate piece I had been concerned about. The staff was kind, courteous and professional, and the pricing felt appropriate for the level of quality provided. They also offer alteration services, which is a wonderful added convenience. I look forward to returning.
I was truly impressed by Twin Oaks Cleaners. I dropped off a jacket to get fixed and a suit to be dry cleaned with the goal of getting them in 4 or 5 days. In less than 48 hours I received a text notifying me that everything was ready. The process was seamless, the pricing reasonable, the owner very nice, and the overall experience great. I highly recommend this place!
