Every drop off and pick up is met with professionalism and personal service. I have never had an issue with a missing item or clothes that were stained while in service. They are very consistent. Tammy, has been very helpful in setting up 2 people on my account. My elderly father has no phone or email which is required on an account and our clothes/payment gets mixed up. Tammy has problem solved and resolved this situation. Thank you Tammy!!
Aaron is a great and caring guy so Tide needs to hang onto him because he is great for customer service. I love the service I get so keep up the great job you do for your customers.

Absolutely fantastic (cheerful) staff that goes above and beyond - they personalize their service and greet people by name (amazing when you consider how many folks they encounter each day & week).
Theyre not cheap, but this is a perfect example of - You Get What You Pay For...and....You GET What You Expect...a job done right, every time!
