I got a pair of dress pants altered here, and I am going to have to take them somewhere else. I read the reviews before coming here, I was prepared for the language barrier, the lady working there was very hasty in assisting me. When I entered the building she was not wearing a mask, and she was in no rush to put one on. There was no mirror in the changing room, which was actually a supply closet with a partially covered window. She only pinned one pin in my pants before telling me she would take them in the same amount she pinned on one side. That should have been my cue to leave and take them to a different tailor. Not good at english but super friendly. The old lady will try her best to satisfy your requests. Also, the price is cheap compared to other local shop. Good place to get your clothes done.

I should have known the professionalism I was dealing with from the looks of the ratings but because she was cheaper than the others I went with her anyway. Bad decision on my part. I was there to pick up my items at the time she gave me however they weren't ready and she wanted me to come back tomorrow but that wasn't possible. When it was all said and done she was ready to call the police because I refuse to pay for shabby and incomplete work. She was supposed to hem and press a pair of pants and take-in the waist on the other. She did not have time to press either pants but still wanted to charge me full price which was the price she initially quoted.
