The staff at this clinic is beyond top notch! From the call center, helping me to find information and being so understanding about everything. To the two women who greeted me walking in, Christy and Amna who seriously made my experience beyond pleasant and as crazy as it sounds fun! I got lost finding it but it's right inside the Mall next to Dillards! The receptionist was so sweet and Dr. Babin took care of me pretty well. Great banter and great conversationalist! Had an eye exam that parent pretty smooth!
Had a late afternoon appointment with Dr. Brown. Ended up being a few minutes late due to getting turned around in the mall, but the office staff was helpful with directions and didn’t make me feel bad. Process was quick, efficient, and Dr. Brown was very good with being thorough, explaining things, and making sure I had a positive patient experience. Would definitely recommend ??
