Great experience at Identity Eyecare! I brought in a new pair of glasses that didn’t fit quite the way I wanted. The woman who helped me asked how I wanted them adjusted, so I gave her my sunglasses as an example of the fit I like.
She took the time to carefully match the fit of my new frames to my sunglasses, and she got it exactly right. My new glasses now fit perfectly.

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office for my kids, ages nine and seven. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The doctor was incredibly patient with both of them, took her time, listened to all of our concerns, and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure they felt comfortable and never rushed, which made the whole visit a positive experience for them. The level of care and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients, especially families with children.
