I also was greeted greatly by the front desk associate. Also, the patient care assistant (forever me if I mentioned the wrong title) but she was also very communicative on welcoming me into the waiting room for Dr. Lee and asking the proper questions. “Dr. Tanguay is an excellent optometrist. She does all the tests herself and doesn't skip anything. She takes her time with you and does not rush you out the door. She always gives me lots of information when I ask a question. It is very hard to find doctors who are this attentive and involved. Julie at the front desk is also very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me get a rebate on my glasses and gave me all the right documentation for my FSA account. I really appreciate the personal touch.“
