“I have bought a lot of cars but this dealership was the best cary buying experience ever. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an all start. My salesman Raul listened very carefully to everything I said, and they even had the director of new car sales Ruben come out he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and spent time with me to educate me on all the different trim levels available on the Bronco, and what the differences were. They then allowed me to test drive several different cars to see how they all were. When it came time to talk numbers, again they knocked it out of the park. Friendly and not contentious, amazingly transparent in all the pricing, NO additional or hidden fees, and they were extremely generous with the discounting. This was customer service par excellence, with no pressure tactics. Financing was a breeze, as it was late in the day and I had to be somewhere, most other dealerships would pressure you to stay and complete they deal. They said no problem, go where you need to be, and come back on Monday (this was a Saturday and they were closed on Sunday). When I came back Monday, I only waited 10 minutes for the Finance Manager, and the closing process was quick and we breezed right through it. They offered some additional goodies, but these were legitimate things like a warranty and no additional junk. Finally, when I got the car home, the next way there was a slight issue with the tenting on a window. They were so kind and service oriented, next day fixed it asap of course no charge. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and I will never go to another dealership again. The entire end to end process from the moment you walk in to the completion, they exuded 5 star professionalism, 5 start customer service, and 5 start knowledge on the vehicles they sell as well as the car industry. THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD. “The service department is the very reason to own a Mini (aside from the obvious just fun to drive car). For the past 3 years this team has taken care of my Snooki (my JCW) and kept her running fast and smoothly from basic maintenance to even when she did have a small but legit problem.
