Long Phan in the Park Place Mercedes service department is the most excellent service manager. He is always organized, thoughtful, hard-working, extremely responsive and takes excellent care of both my car and my daughter's car. I cannot speak highly enough of his efforts and service!

I called into the dealership for assistance with finding parts prices. Josue Alemán was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me with accurate and detailed information. I was impressed with his professionalism and how he went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I had a great experience with Josue and would definitely recommend him for any future assistance.
