Mercedes of Park Place Dallas always treats me with care and answers my questions in depth. They were very attentive and quick with my service. Long was very nice and even helped coordinate the shuttle service for me, so I did not have to wait at the dealership. The shuttle driver was also very kind.
Excellent service. Rubi was very knowledgeable and thorough.
The service receipts I have received on alignments in past gave specifics on what the initial alignment was and what was done plus the final results. I was just surprised not to get actual data rather than what they did with no accompanying data.
Alignment however seems to be perfect.
My Service Advisor Bryan Ortiz and his team of technicians at Park Place are amazing!!! They always take great care of my car, perform any service in a timely manner, do great work the first time around and Bryan has excellent communication at letting me know exactly where things are with my car. I would recommend Park Place Motorcars Dallas and would highly recommend Bryan Ortiz and his Team as your Service Advisor.
