Despite the nearest Mini dealership being 2.5 hours away from where I live I had a great experience servicing my Mini Cooper Countryman. There was much more than just recalls that my car needed, but my service advisor Parker made me feel completely taken care of with the maintenance that needed to be done! I was shown fantastic hospitality and service. It made my commute worth driving! Thank you so much.

I like going to Mini of Dallas for service because I feel confident that my service was done properly and priced properly. I have almost 200k miles on my car and hope to make it to 300k. Parker is a great service advisor. I recommend him. He kept me informed on the progress of my repair.
