Victor Jaimes has been my Service Advisor at BMW Dallas since the purchase of my 2019 7 Series. Victor’s service and attention to my vehicle’s needs has been exceptional for the past 5 years now. Victor IS the reason I take my 7 Series to Dallas BMW for service, and he’s the reason I will continue to service my 7 Series at Dallas BMW. Thank you Victor!!

I had some maintenance and repairs performed, had my vehicle for 2 weeks, after pick up, there were additional issues. The service representative was very helpful and accommodating.

Dean Nassar, our Service Manager went above and beyond to provide us with with a loaner vehicle and delivered outstanding service.Very thankful for his attention to client service - much appreciated as it really backs the promotional advertising. BMW products and service are great!
