I went there today because when I bought my 2023 Forte, ( I bought it at another KIA dealer)unfortunately it didn't come equipped with a 7yr old to explain everything I needed to know about my car lol Thank goodness for the very helpful people at Vanguard! I didn't have an appointment, but they still answered all my questions, and a very nice young man help me fix the problem. I will definitely be coming back, not only to get my car serviced, but to buy my next KIA!
After months to a year of trying to get my car service where I purchased it from, these guys got me in, got me a loaner, and set me up with some truly fantastic people. I'm definitely going to keep them as my new service center.
