I recently visited Five Star Chevrolet for a BG Transmission Fluid Exchange on my 2018 Camaro, and I am thoroughly impressed by their outstanding service. Right from the start, my service advisor Amanda set the tone for a fantastic experience. Her friendly demeanor, transparency, and accurate time estimates for the service were highly appreciated. Truly five star.I chose to have my first service completed at Sam Pack because it was proximal, and I was stunned at the level of service.The dealership itself is gorgeous. Packed with amenities and comforts.I was greeted by every single person I encountered.My service associate, Brad, was very courteous and engaging.Not only did they complete my service, but they also washed and vacuumed my car.Stellar experience!

My experience was absolutely amazing! I called the Monday before Thanksgiving to see if they could service my Ford Mustang. I had received a recall notice in the mail the week before informing me that there was a defective lock latchon the front passenger doors. I had just experienced the door coming unlatched in the previous months while traveling 60 miles an hour on the freeway. Clay in the service department took my call and said he could get me in right away and hopefully my car would be ready by Wed.Nov. 22.
