During the sale, I learned that a “mandatory” lifetime warranty was required - which I didn’t want, but had to eventually pay for after they discounted it. I didn’t like that it was not part of any advertised pricing because it was essentially an add-on to the price that they should have simply included up front. It was clearly their profit that was hidden. So, we got the car we wanted and the process was pretty good - just left a bad taste with the hidden fee.“
