I was just getting my toes painted and it was refreshing that I wasn’t pressured to get a pedicure. Vicky was also very friendly and welcoming as she painted my toes. I went back yesterday after scheduling an appointment.with Vicky and she was just as sweet and conversational. She put on a new set of nails for me and did my toes again. She did an excellent job and the price was really reasonable.

“Yesterday was my first time to try a Hand & Stone massage. You know all those little things other places miss. Hand & Stone gets it right. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell the vibe is what you have been looking for. The staff, on the phone and in person know the importance of customer service and excel at it. There is no pressure to add this or that but are quick to answer an questions. Regarding any massage, communication is key. My massage therapist Camille, asked questions to understand what I was looking for and she followed it exactly. My only complaint is that I didn't sign up for the 90 min, but that's on me.
