Deep Tissue Massage releases tightness and decreases muscle fatigue while removing toxins and soothing the muscle. It encourages the muscle to operate at full capacity. Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage used, where pressure is applied to the tissues and muscles varying from light, medium to firm.
