Customers have shared their positive experiences at Pflugerville Vision Care. They appreciate the Saturday appointments and the personable and thorough examination by Dr. Steven Thomas. The staff has been described as very helpful and caring, especially when a patient had a bruised eye and was seen the same day. Patients with difficult eyes have found Dr. Terry to be patient and skilled, and the entire staff amazing. Customers who have been coming for years are satisfied with their annual visits, noting that the doctor takes the time to answer all their questions. The practice has also been praised for its instructional class on contact lenses, where the staff, like Trinidad, were gentle and encouraging, helping a patient overcome their fear and successfully try contacts.
