The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Everybody was super nice and professional, 10/10 staff experience. The actual exam was quick and easy, and I was on my way in no time. Loved the experience and would recommend to anybody looking for a practice with friendly and professional staff.
FOCUS Vision & Eye Care has been an amazing find.Both Dr. Smith Thames & Dr. Jordan have an amazingly caring staff that's warmly personable, and helpful from the moment you enter. The techs conducting the preliminary tests are incredibly patient and happy to explain what each hi-tech test is designed to measure.Both Dr. Smith Thames and Dr. Jordan are informative, detail oriented, thorough and have incredible insights for current and future health concerns. We showed up right before closing and they still were able to see our son who had recently had an eye injury. They did not rush us or make us feel like a burden they took great care of our son and made us feel like our concerns mattered! Great staff and office! I would highly recommend them!
