The team here truly went above and beyond for me! I brought in a tight frame, and they patiently made multiple adjustments to get the fit just right. They even offered me a complete replacement, but since I loved my original frames so much, they dedicated the time to fix the temple arms multiple times at my request.A huge shout-out to the Store General Manager and store associate Elizabeth. Both were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Exceptional customer service—I highly recommend this store!
