Dr Donna McCain and her staff have always been pleasant and efficient. The location is convenient to I-35 in Georgetown. My wait time was minimal, and all my questions concerning vision, glasses, and eye health were fully answered. Definitely recommend.
In light of the COVID crisis, they have proper protocols in place. Pens used for paperwork were placed in a box for sanitizing. All staff had on masks. Very efficient process in all.
I felt very comfortable with the staff and the provider. I felt my time was important and the doctor took time to listen to my concerns. The exam was thorough. Would highly recommend the office.
