We have used them since purchasing our home in April 2025, as the previous owners used them to service the HVAC twice per year. Called them yesterday morning bc our AC wasn’t keeping up and they were out within two hours. No hidden fees, no upsells - just good service!
The Team here does an amazing job! Thank you Tammy, Lisa, Rene, and the Whole Crew @ American Air and Heat! The Wi-Fi enabled thermostats that they installed at our business will save us quite a bit on heating and cooling bills in 2025!
American Air & Heat was a recommendation and couldn’t be more pleased with their service, professionalism, and friendliness from first contact! I had a late night request and Lisa responded first thing in the a.m. and was ready to schedule the next day. The technician kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way. My AC was cooling in less than an hour of him being there! It is an old unit and gave me an estimate right then on potential future problems.
I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend using them!!
Thank you!
