American Air & Heat Inc. provides quick, personable service. The service tech arrives on time, is professional, friendly, and informs customers at every step. Customers praise the team's great customer service, great work, and knowledge. The crew installs Wi‑Fi enabled thermostats that will save us on heating and cooling bills. The company responds quickly to late‑night requests, schedules the next day, and keeps customers informed. Technicians diagnose problems quickly, give suggestions, offer reasonable prices, and provide future estimates. Many customers say they will be repeat customers and highly recommend the company. Overall, the team is courteous, fast, efficient, and professional, making every experience positive.
We have used them since purchasing our home in April 2025, as the previous owners used them to service the HVAC twice per year. Called them yesterday morning bc our AC wasn’t keeping up and they were out within two hours. No hidden fees, no upsells - just good service!

American Air & Heat was a recommendation and couldn’t be more pleased with their service, professionalism, and friendliness from first contact! I had a late night request and Lisa responded first thing in the a.m. and was ready to schedule the next day. The technician kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way. My AC was cooling in less than an hour of him being there! It is an old unit and gave me an estimate right then on potential future problems.
I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend using them!!
