We’ve unfortunately lost 3 family members in the past 6 years. We used Brookside Cypress every time. They are extremely courteous and professional. This last time, we used their chapel for our service. It went really well. Very nice facility. They went above and beyond, helping us through these difficult times. I highly recommend!
We couldn’t imagine celebrating our loved one’s life with anyone else. You can’t fake empathy for people, and we could really tell that our family and our loved one was valued. The process was very organized and straightforward, we were given many resources and check lists. The staff were so generous and personable while remaining professional and respectful. We got compliments from guests at the service over how nice the place was. The staff were easy to contact and were dependable.
