My mother passed away on July 2, 2026, and the team's professionalism, empathy, and meticulous guidance supported us through every step of the process that followed.A couple of years ago, I purchased a pre-planning funeral and cemetery package. While you always hope everything will go smoothly when a loved one transitions to be with the Lord, you never truly know until the time comes. I am writing this review because our actual experience during her service on July 7 and her burial on July 8 was nothing short of exceptional.The facility itself was beautiful and welcoming. The team's profound attention to detail was evident both leading up to and during the viewing, ensuring everything was arranged perfectly. We had many family members and friends travel from out of state for the services, and everyone remarked on how deeply impressed they were with the level of care provided. Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek brought our family immense peace of mind, and we highly recommend them.

I was so pleased with the way everything was handled for my mother’s funeral. I want to give a huge shout out to several people. One is for Mary who was one of the first people who embraced me during my difficult time. She made me feel so comforted and eased. She took care of my mother’s makeup and making my mother look so nice and well taken care of. Another is Noah, who helped direct me with all the final decisions I had to make and review over, who didn’t make it feel overwhelming.
