“Morales Funeral home is wonderful! They responded to my needs when my mother passed away late on a Friday evening. They picked up Mom in Highlands, TX that evening. They were responsive and incredibly respectful to me and in handling of my mom. I had never had to deal with this situation before and I am so thankful they were there to help.

Later that next week they were able to schedule an appointment with me to discuss cremation as well as how to get the death certificate and anything else I needed to handle.

In 2018, Morales Funeral home was used by my brother-in-law when my sister passed away. They were so wonderful and supportive to him during that time as well.

“my father passed away from a heart attack in a car accident and I’m only 24 and I didn’t know where to go to give him the proper service that he deserved that was also affordable. I couldn’t afford everything on my own. My aunt stumbled upon this Funeral home and we made an appointment immediately. From the very beginning, Tom was welcoming and warm and humorous. And him and the staff have all been so accommodating, reassuring, and helpful. Usually, you walk into environments where staff are very indifferent to the cause they are part of, or very emotionless. But the staff here understands what people are going through when they are walking in the room. Multiple staff members also offer their numbers so that you can text back-and-forth Easily. This was so helpful during this Desperate, and chaotic time, especially with all the questions that I had. Our funeral home located in Dallas, TX. had an unfortunate experience with wildlife in the roadway I -45 south Leona, TX with a casketed body Friday July 3, 2026 with funeral service scheduled at Troy B. Smith funeral home chapel 1pm. Long story short. The professional service experience offered by the Troy B. Smith funeral home professionals came to our location and transported casketed body for the funeral and everything was on time. The family was able to have their funeral service minus misfortunes because of THIS very kind act and actually was escorted with funeral escorts.
