It is difficult to put into words how grateful our family is to Kevin and the entire team at Dettling Funeral Home.
Our mother passed away in a different city, and her children were spread across several states, so virtually every aspect of her funeral had to be planned remotely. Kevin and his team coordinated everything, from picking Mom up from her home to her preparation and transportation to Houston, to every detail of the viewing and funeral.
Nearly all of this was done through phone calls, texts and emails. In fact, we did not arrive in Houston until just hours before the funeral events began.
There are so many reasons why Dettling funeral home deserves 5 stars. Through the entire process of planning my grandfathers memorial they were so accommodating and helpful. Ross was with me every step of the way in planning and he always made himself available if I had questions or needed anything. Kevin and team were amazing. After a used car salesman experience at another funeral home it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Dettling treated my mom and us with incredible dignity and respect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
