I felt the Director and all of the staff at Heights funeral home did a wonderful job for my son’s service. Patrick Crespo and Carl Dunlapp were so nice and helped get me through one of the most difficult times I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Patrick Crespo at Heights Funeral was compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. I had been to other funeral homes where we were literally pushed out the door at closing time. The entire staff at Heights Funeral Home understood our grief and treated us with dignity. The Chapel is lovely with a very beautiful sound system. The entire facility carried an air of solemnity and dignity which is exactly what I wanted for my dear mother.

Patrick and his staff at the Heights Funeral Home exceeded our expectations and were very attentive and caring to our large group of family and fiends; he always responded to our questions so quickly and was able to put any fears or concerns to rest immediately.
