How does one express her sincere gratitude for an organization that is exceptional! My mother’s wish was to be cremated, so when she died at 108 1/2 years old we had already prearranged with Neptune Society. They took such care of my mom from the moment they came to pick her up. When they left, they made the bed, put her pillows at the head of the bed, and left a beautiful, fresh red rose on the pillow! Then they kept in touch about everything I needed to do. They were also very comforting when we went to pick up her ashes. We took bracelets for them to put some of the ashes in, and they were happy to do this for us. Johanna and her team bring peace and understanding to a difficult mandatory conversation. Very budget friendly and efficient with care and compassion. My Family and I have at least this difficult task completed with assurances and peace of mind. I definitely recommend this option for getting your affairs in order and paid off early, you are never to young to prepare for the future, but it must be done.
