My husband and I had a very good experience with the Neptune Society in planning our cremation. We bought the policy that includes the urn and engraving. All you do is make 1 phone call when your loved one passes. They arrange everything including providing how many death certificates you want. They also offer services for an additional fee. We opted out of that. Highly recommend.
We signed up several years ago and really didn’t give much thought to this whole process because we had a good experience when my dad passed and Neptune took care of him. When my mom passed a single call got everything taken care of. I truly appreciate that because it was not a good time. It was really a relief to have someone I trusted helping out.
