I didn't think anything about it. A couple years go by, and a friend observed something that appeared wrong with our shingles, and encouraged me to contact the roofer -- so I did.<br><br>I dont know anything about this type of stuff. At all. I reached out, and they didnt hassle me nor take advantage of my ignorance. They sent Cole out to my home, he verified there was a problem, and then I worked with Sarah to have someone come out and correct the problem.<br><br>The day the crew came, they cleaned up after themselves, and even made some other minor improvements that weren't part of the original service call/expectation.<br><br>The whole experience took a few days, was very low stress/effort on my part, and most importantly they went above and beyond to take care of our home and did so without giving us a hard time.<br><br>They stood by their work and warranty, and the experience with Cole/Sarah was exceptional. I wish more of my service experiences were like this one.”
