He was very knowledgeable with his assessment, providing video and a walk through of the issue. He was able to restore power back to the affected areas and took the time to check my appliances to rule out if they had been affected or not. The fact that he was so prompt was amazing as it allowed us to go back to our home immediately after he was done.
