Technician (Clever) was great. Straightforward, competent, fast, very helpful in informing me about how my AC system works. If I were reviewing just his performance, it'd be 5 stars.
Only issue is the booking software on the business site allows you to select times that the office says are already booked, and they'll reschedule you. It'd be very easy to fix this, but I suspect they don't as a sales tactic.
My AC went out in tripple digit heat. They came out on a Saturday and replaced the capacitor very quickly. The technician answered all my questions and it got cool and the house within minutes. Very friendly, professional and they do the job right. The last 2 companies I used were unreliable with confusing prices. Garland H & AC has been great.
I cannot stress enough how thankful we are for you guys. We were in a tough spot with no a.c. and yall came in and not only gave us a better deal but also made sure we felt taken care of at all times. Thank you again!
