I live in Erie, PA and my wife's folks have gone to Forest for years. I went in there with a frame issue from glasses I got in Pennsylvania. He took the time to fix them and chatted with me about airplanes, Oshkosh, politics, trucks and politics. He fixed the frames and wouldn't take anything for it. (It was around Christmas.) I came back this year with my daughter and gave him a gift card. I didn't tell him I was coming. I just dropped in and he took the time to chat with me again. This fella is top shelf. You may not see "eye to eye" LOL with him on everything but rest assure this is your guy for glasses!! :)

Forrest should give lessons on customer service! He has been my family's go to guy for over 30 years. He has MacGyvered many, many frames over the years so we wouldn't have to buy new ones. I won't go anywhere else till Forrest retires.

Forrest genuinely cares for his customers. Everyone that comes through his door is a friend. You don't get the personal service he gives at the mall or chain stores. I have never had any problems with my family's glasses in 20+ years.
