I would like to express my experience at the Sierra Springs Lane location. From the time I walked into the store I was greeted and treated very well by all of the staff. Trish and Leslie both will greet you with the warmest smiles and welcoming hello upon the door opening. From there the professionalism kicks in to attend to my need. Trish is not only attentive to your eye care needs she also shows she has an I care spirit by listening even when the need is something other than job related recognizing your personal needs. Absolutely love this location and staff! They are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nakatsuchi, Katy the Tech, Ben the optican and Trish the receptionist were all amazing!Love America's Best, specifically this location.

This is one of the BEST locations I’ve been to. They have some of the greatest staff members on board. From Trish & India at the reception, the tech’s Katy & Judy, Dr.Hepburn & Tanisha the Optician. Their energies & laughs are unmatchable. I made a last minute appointment bright & early & they more than accommodated my needs and any questions I had. I appreciate all of them so much.
