“Dr. Melch is quite literally the best vet I’ve ever met. What struck out to me is how kind and loving they are towards cats! They have a designated room just for cats with a cat calming diffuser & a cat tree. Also, they set out a personal water bottle/water bowl, crunchy treats, and lick treats just for your kitty. All the other vets I’ve been to only have cheese in a can as an “enticing treat”? very thorough with the blood work and glad i found a place to care for my kitties.“

“I was able to get in immediately, which was a huge plus. The soap and water controls were a little confusing at first, but once I got started, I figured it out pretty quickly. I really appreciated that there was no time limit, so I could take my time to thoroughly wash and rinse my dog, then blow-dry and brush her out properly.

There was hair everywhere haha but that’s just part of the territory and the attendants were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back.“

“We lost our dog Sugar today. Sanford Oaks was so unbelievably kind to us and our dog. They helped carry her inside because she was having difficulty walking. They were gentle with her. They even gave her a plate of whipped cream to eat. Everyone there knew how devastated we were loosing our beloved girl. I cannot tell you how grateful we are.“

“Dr. Norris is the very best vet I have ever dealt with. He is kind and caring and knows what he is doing. My girl is still around, two years after being diagnosed with Cushing's, because of him. “After my vet retired suddenly, I was in a panic. I found Mellina online and easily booked an appointment. They are great communicaters and made me feel good about choosing them. They have a really nice set up and the staff is incredible. They took my dog to another room for her shots etc, which I appreciated because it stresses me out to see her stressed. ? “Love my local Pet Supplies Plus! This location is such a big clean store in which I’ve found has an immense selection and variety to choose from. The staff there are wonderful and always so helpful with any questions I may have or if I need help with carrying a 50lb bag of dog food to my car when I go pick up from ordering online. Also my 4 Australian shepherds love that they always place a little free goodie bag of treats on their dog food for them to sample when I get home! Just the best and 100% pet parent recommended ! ?❤️?“

“Love this place! Our first visit was with our beloved golden retriever/lab, Bruno. Bruno died in May 2019. So here we are with our new dog Barkley, a german shepherd/beagle mix. He's 3 years old. Barkley enjoyed his grooming session, which was his first time! He acted as though he had been there before? The staff was really good and gentle with this big dog of ours. They did an excellent job on Barkley, who really does not like to take baths, BUT he enjoyed this bath? It's good to know that their customer is still as excellent as it was when Bruno use to visit. We will be returning???“

“Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. The doctor visit was $66, the anabiotic‘s was around $36, and the pain medicine I think was $18 or maybe I have those two prices flipped… But either way it was a fantastic first time experience.“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“
