Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort.

Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

You’ve known Polo for a long time and you’ve been nothing but loving, caring, empathetic, and exceptional to our family member. Sometimes, the vet visit means something isn’t going well, but every visit, every check up, we knew he was in the best hands and that you all ACTUALLY cared.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your love of Polo. We will miss him so dearly but we know his life was better because he had the best nurses and doctors a doggy could ask for. Thank you.“

“Can’t be more blessed to find this amazing clinic, since you entered through those doors you can feel all the love for our babies, you’re not a number, from the front desk staff, Vet Technician and Dr’s, they are such an amazing team, they’re never in rush to talk about your concerns, they take the time to listen to you and explain you with detail any concerns. Dr. Brooke Losack have been his Dr most of the time but all of them are amazing.

I love that you can even make an online appointment even for the same day, and that’s something difficult with most of the clinics, I will always recommend this place and it will be our forever place for Picasso’s health care!“

“I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.“

“We lost our dog Sugar today. Sanford Oaks was so unbelievably kind to us and our dog. They helped carry her inside because she was having difficulty walking. They were gentle with her. “Kim is so sweet and so helpful! I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.“

“I was recommended this place by a friend and it has been a great experience from day care to boarding my dogs overnight over the past couple of months. Sergio & team have been fantastic with providing updates if needed and getting to know my dogs and help them get comfortable. “Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.“

“Petbar is the best of the best, hands down! They always treat me and my dog with the most kindness, patience, and professionalism. Special shout out to Ashley and Arely for taking especially great care of Goose. Ashley gives the best bath and blow out in town. And I have been nothing but impressed with the haircuts that Arely has given to my doodle. The front staff is also amazing! They treat us like family and they are always a pleasure to work with!“

“The fact you can make an appointment at their mobile clinics was already a perk, but the team I saw today was SO friendly and patient with my anxious 46 lb dog. My dog has bad anxiety and due to bad past experiences, she’s extra anxious now when getting shots. Usually we can’t pick her up or get her to hold still enough for a heartworm tests but the staff did so well with her despite her efforts to flail around. The gentleman who helped calm her down and helped with the entire process was very friendly and made an effort to slowly get to know my dog and have her get comfortable with him before starting the process and that makes a big difference. I wish I got his name, but he was helping out this morning (9/21) at the Pet Suites location in Lewisville, TX. Maybe someone will know who I am talking about and give him some recognition. The whole team there was great ! I’ll continue to visit Penny Paws in the future for my animals now ❤️“

“Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. The doctor visit was $66, the anabiotic‘s was around $36, and the pain medicine I think was $18 or maybe I have those two prices flipped… But either way it was a fantastic first time experience.“
