Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

“The front desk staff at CityVet Las Colinas were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My pet’s procedure went well, and overall the care was good.

The only issue I had was after I asked a simple question about the difference between the estimate I signed and the final invoice. I wasn’t disputing the charges at all—I was simply looking for clarification, which I think is a normal question for any client to ask. While waiting, I could clearly hear the Doctor discussing me from another area with other people. Being able to hear that conversation felt really unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience was good, but the lack of professionalism in that situation was off putting.“

When Mickey, my feisty Pomeranian, started going to this Petbar a few years ago he was timid, anxious and a bit overwhelmed. But over the years, the staff has done such a great job with him. He now gets excited about going and getting washed. He loves to see Ms. Rachel every week and Gigi always has him soft, fluffy and smelling so clean. It’s wonderful! Ms. Rachel is always so personable and professional. I look forward to chatting with her every week. She’s always available to answer my questions and she’s so accommodating with their scheduling (and i can be a bit challenging). I feel like everyone in the place loves my Mickey and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This kind of overall service is priceless (although their weekly subscription rate is also an amazing price). “We lost our dog Sugar today. Sanford Oaks was so unbelievably kind to us and our dog. They helped carry her inside because she was having difficulty walking. They were gentle with her. They even gave her a plate of whipped cream to eat. Everyone there knew how devastated we were loosing our beloved girl. I cannot tell you how grateful we are.“

“Kim is so sweet and so helpful! I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.“

“Morgan and Heather were amazing. I brought a kitten in that had a fish hook stuck in her leg and paw. I was doing deliveries for the Tarrant County, Food Bank and found this kitten in a neighborhood I was delivering in, the poor dear was crying for help in a creek behind a trailer park. My best friend arrived before I did to let them know what was going on. Everyone acted fast , I placed the kitten into a loving arms, not sure who she was but part of the team at this wonderful vet office, they whisked her away to safety and were able to safely remove the fish hook by clipping it. The doctor visit was $66, the anabiotic‘s was around $36, and the pain medicine I think was $18 or maybe I have those two prices flipped… But either way it was a fantastic first time experience.“
