The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. It's always clean and well stocked. I wish the self dog grooming spot was enclosed, my dog hates getting bathed and it worries me she'd try to escape.

Rachel is an AWESOME groomer my grandpup Sony minature Poodle has been going to her about two years, when he started in the Arlington Sublett location then my daughter moved to Dallas and we still bring him to her, even though he tries to be fiesty, she is VERY patient with him, awesome service!!!!!

I took my dog Osiris in for a bath. Rachel made my dog all clean and happy. She was knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my dog. I love this place and will be returning soon??.
