Petbar Waterside is the best. We wrte given a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. I was told that my pet's groomer would be right out and she was. When he saw his groomer, he immediately wanted to go to her. She asked if there were any health updates and how did I want his cut to be. I like that the dogs are not kenneled and that your appointment is your appointment.
The best grooming experience I’ve had. The facility is clean, the front staff is efficient and helpful. I believe Lex cared for my Ruby, who is half GSD, half Black Lab with undercoat galore! She was de-shed and blown out and feels so soft and smells so fresh. Ruby has arthritis in her rear body and Lex took good care around her sensitive areas while allowing her to rest when she needed. Excellent service. We will likely budget this for a monthly visit.
Odie always looks and smells good after! Takes about an hour and a half, and I like how put the dogs in an individual gated spot rather than a crate while they wait to be picked up. He sees Joey for a bath and groom.
