Target Optical

I have a hard time finding frames that fit me properly, so I bought new ones I like without a prescription. I called Target Optical to ask if they could put new lenses in my frames. They said yes, so I came in and ordered glasses. They took my frames and said it takes 2 weeks, usually less. After 2 and a half weeks they called to say they can't make the glasses but they don't know why. They questioned my prescription and called my optometrist, but the prescription is correct. Now they say they are trying to find out why they can't make the glasses. I appreciate the staff trying to help, but I am not thrilled with this process.

Alex was super helpful and honest in helping me decide between a few frames since my wife couldn't make it. Everything fit perfect at delivery and came in quick. If you want the best looking frames for you, go see Alex!
