I wanted to take a moment and publicly commend a most amazing staff at Ogletree Eye Care-Flower Mound, TX. I’ve been going there a few years and find every single person I encounter is exceptional, from the people on the phone to lovely welcoming front desk staff Alyssa and Daena, Techs Angela, Amanda and Deanna, wonderful eyeglass consult and fittings by one-of-a-kind and very patient rep Jessica, and of course the expert comprehensive exam provided by O.D Janet Ogletree. Dr. Ogletree was highly recommended to us, and we now know why. Everyone there was thoughtful and helpful. In addition to being highly knowledgeable about what they do, they also took the time to explain it to me. They also listened carefully to what I wanted and worked with me to find solutions that fit me.
