I definitely wanted to give a good compliment to Lorena here in Flower Mound. She truly went out of her way to make sure all of our concerns were taken care of, went over all the details and is very efficient. She is the assistant office manager and she definitely is exceptional at her job. Last week, before we even before we had our exam, I over heard helping an elderly gentleman who was having some issues and later I made a comment to her later that I admired her patience and understanding with the gentleman.
I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Abraham! She was very attentive, positive, and answered all my questions. I also got great support from Lorena after my exam to order glasses and contacts. Thank you to them both!
Overall, the visit was quick and the staff made all the pricing was clear. I’m looking forward to coming back again!
I took my wife to get her prescription rechecked. Dr.Abraham helped us out a lot and answered every question we had. Lorena was very respectful and patient and she explained the prescription change to us in detail. They really went above and beyond. We’ve been going for a few months now and it’s always a 10/10 experience.
