The doctors are great, very caring, thorough. Love them. However, the ladies at the front desk are making me want to switch. They have no customer service training. Ignore people standing in front of them. After you’re done with a doctor they won’t direct you to what is the next step. I was not aware I had to wait for a technician to check me out. They don’t tell you this. No smiles, no happy faces.

Dr. Lisa Bowen is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Every time I have gotten new glasses prescriptions it would cause me to want to throw up and feel like I am looking at the world through a magnifying glass. She totally figured out what is different about my eyes and my prescription is perfect for me. She is also really sweet and charismatic. Will continue driving to Flower Mound to see her despite moving across DFW. Thank you!

We love Dr Bowen and his practice. My husband and I were seen immediately, and Dr Bowen was wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. There was an excellent selection of glasses there as well. We feel as though we've found our forever eye clinic at Bowen Eye Care.
