“The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. I met with Dr. Doan who was so down to earth; it felt like I was talking with a friend. I appreciated her transparency when talking about cost and potential treatment. She also made sure I had enough trial contacts to last while I wait for my other trial contacts to come in when I told her I’m on my last monthly pair(something I always feel awkward asking for)!

The waiting area was quaint but did not take long. The tech explained each machine thoroughly and I appreciated when she explained that one machine will cost more and what my alternative option was.

I feel like it’s hard to find a good office with both a great front desk presence, amazing techs and awesome doctor. This place has it all!

“I had my glasses made at this location about 2 years ago. but just few days ago, my little one sat on it, and the two legs bent. I tried to fix it in place, but one leg snapped. panicked, I visited Itali eye care to see if I can find a replacement or even better, a temporary fix as I was pressed for time.
the owner welcomed me in, and quickly went ahead to fix the broken glasses. ten minutes later, he came back with a brand new leg replacements. No questions asked, did not asked for any fees.
