Nathan at Target Optical delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable about frames, lenses, and eyewear in general, and he made the entire process of selecting glasses and filling my prescription simple and enjoyable.
What really stood out was his expertise. I brought in a pair of frameless glasses that another company was unable to work on, but Nathan handled them with confidence and precision. He fitted the lenses perfectly and had them looking and feeling great.
