I recently took my 15 yr old senior pup to them for a second opinion because I was so impressed with them. They took the time to assess my sweet girl and answer all my questions and concerns. “This place is awesome. My dog is usually overly excited when going out place, once he steps into the office, he is the most well behaved and calm. The staff are very intuitive with him, I can tell the great chemistry. Also a few months back, I need to get a last minute vaccine and they said just bring our dog in without an appointment and the tech gave it too him with no problem. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would bring him everyday to pop and just say. Hi. From the technicians to the Docs, this place is absolutely the best vet from Chicago to Texas. Another hospital said our dog would die within 6 months even if operated, but now it's been almost a year since the surgery here, and our dog is still alive. Because the surgery was successful, they are only considering the dog's health and well-being. I appreciate Dr. Suh and Dr. Kim. They are experts in this field. So now we changed vets here, because they are trusted doctors.“

As devastating It was one of the staff reached out to me informed me of Darla needs a home. She had one of her eye removed but the next day after the surgery, she was ready to play and live. But Summertree is the best- Katrina up at the front and the rest of the front office and vet tech are amazing and patient when it comes to your animals. Dr Nassar has been wonderful taking care of our chinchillas and a dwarf hamster. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“What I was quoted on the phone was entirely different from what I was charged in-person, I paid almost $500 in comparison to thinking it'd be around $300. Vet and staff were very sweet and informative in person though. For reference I was told it'd be $109 for an exam and blood test and it instead ended up being $154 per cat.“
