Care and compassion from the second I walked in the door. The vet listened to me explain everything and clearly explained my options. The vet who did the surgery on my Olivia called and patiently waited for me to grasp the situation which was unfortunately poor. They were very present from the first to the last moment of our interaction during one of the hardest goodbye’s of my life. Absolutely recommend

They take care of my puppy and he seems to like them. I get suggestions for cheaper procedures and medicine to manage his allergies and common health problems.Haven't had a problem yet. Been going since before the tornado hit.

Let me tell y’all, Preston Royal is a great place to take your pet. Dr. Carrera is so sweet, very knowledgeable and has been great with my sweet Zorro. Zorro is my first pet and I’m so grateful that I’ve found a place to take him for his needs. The front desk staff and vet techs are so awesome! I highly recommend you taking your baby or babies here for anything. They get you in right away and you won’t be there long either.
