Really appreciate being listened to and then responding with just good solid feedback that demonstrates a genuine understanding and desire to simply help with what is going on to help our pets. They don’t try to add a lot of extra sometimes unnecessary services and simply focus on the best options associated with why you are there. Everyone in this location is simply good at what they do. Highly recommend.
Staff treated me and my pet with care. Dr. Harding sat down on the floor with my dog where he was more comfortable. She provided choices for his care and we agreed on a plan of treatment. Contacted me the next day to follow up on how he was doing. I have been with Hillside for 5 years and both my dog and I highly recommend them.
We had a potential emergency with our new puppy. I was directed to Hillside Vet. Everyone there was so nice and took such good care of our puppy. They were very personable. Everything was so clean and did not have the typical Vet smell. I would definitely recommend Hillside Vet in Dallas TX
