Lakewood Veterinary Center

I recently adopted my new pup Challah and reached out to Lakewood for preventative care for flea, tick and heartworm care. I’d tried several other veterinarians in area previously with my indoor cat and didn’t feel as though they cared for my cat as much as they cared for the bottom line cost. The Lakewood staff showed genuine care, attention and love to my new household addition and took the time to explain my options of care for Challah. My timid little pup immediately fell in love with them and made her feel at ease. I’ve already recommended this amazing vet to others.

We had a great experience at Lakewood Veterinary Center. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Most importantly, you could tell how genuinely loving and caring the entire staff was with our dog. She was treated like their own, which made us feel completely comfortable having her in their care. We’re very happy we found Lakewood VetCenter and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary team.

We had a great experience with Dr. Merrill and Ximena! They were both very thorough and compassionate with our pup. Dr. Merrill was very genuine and despite the office being busy gave us her full attention and answered all of our questions without feeling rushed. We love Lakewood Vet and will remain with them as long as we live in Dallas. Plus our pup LOVES going to their office!
