Peak Comfort HVAC is a trusted provider of high-efficiency heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Brian did an extremely job with fixing the AC and was really quick with installing everything, making sure the AC was working, and was super professional. Another service tech, Brian Valenzuela, was awesome, honest, professional, and informative, always keeping the customer informed. Lorenzo and Raphael installed mini-splits, and the customer was happy with the installation, great air quality, and the beautiful work done in the hot sun. The maintenance plan allowed repair of a capacitor and filter changes to get the unit running like new. One service call had a rough start with a no-show, but Luke did an amazing job trying to make the situation better, and things got better. The customer recommends Peak Comfort HVAC to family and friends.
Our refrigerated air unit stopped blowing cool air last night. Called Peak in the morning and they had Brian come out just a few hours later. He was very thorough, transparent, and honest. Everyone I've interacted with at Peak has been just as responsive, transparent, and honest.

We had a 2 o clock service call at around 330 they weren't there so I started calling at around 4 they called to tell me they weren't coming. My fiance took the afternoon off from work. Not impressed. 1st meeting was good but today was not good. I'm not sure why they wanted two hours to call and tell me they weren't coming.
With that being said Luke has done amazing job trying to make the situation better. I greatly appreciate that! We got off to rough start but things have gotten better.
